If customer service, professionalism, expediency and good work ethic were people, Heather and Robbie would personify it, hands down. My 4 year old furnace has a mind of its own, it likes to stop working on the coldest days of the year. The Freeze company had to return to my home several times before the problem was rectified. (fingers crossed) It was very frustrating for both of us, but they were committed to repairing my furnace and finding out what the dilemma was.
I want to emphasize how fair they are, for me it is their integrity and making sure that the customer is satisfied with their work. Without hesitation, I can wholeheartedly recommend the Freeze HVAC company. Do not hesitate to add them to your repertoire of service providers.

Johnny and I were well pleased with the service we received from Freeze Refrigeration during the purchase and installation of our new American Standard Air Conditioner and Furnace. Johnny was impressed and wanted to commend installers Casey and Landon. Their attitude, workmanship, and professionalism were top notch. Such a clean, neat and well done installation.
Recently, my air conditioner was affected twice in a row by sudden power outages. Unfortunately, it was over a weekend. I called “Freeze” for help, and not only did they answer my call promptly, but also came out on the same day and fixed the problem.

My neighbor (who is in the AC business) recommended Freeze after I expressed frustration with One Hour Heating & Air, who we had been with for 8 years. I was very satisfied with Freeze’s troubleshooting and eventual replacement of one of our AC units.
I called Freeze and several other HVAC company’s when I needed my systems replaced. They came out and checked my systems and gave my great recommendations and prices on several options. Unfortunately my house was 20 years old and had two systems that could not keep up. Typical home builder quality systems that were never really sized or ducked correctly from the start. They came in and rebuilt the entire ducking system adding vents and returns as well as upgrading to the right tonnage for the second floor. Before they started my house would not maintain 77 degrees upstairs now my house is comfortable and has no hot or cold spots! These guys are GREAT!
Freeze has helped me with issues at my home on numerous occasions. They are extremely nice people who will go out of their way to accommodate your needs and respond quickly when you have an issue. My most recent interaction was the complete install of a Gas Furnace in the attic and an HVAC unit. What a Gem to work with. I did my homework on quotation and with little overhead the least you could do is have them come out. I cannot say more than the Quality of the Installation is more important that the Product!
It also feels good to work with the Owner… that is not common with the Larger Outfits! I had been referred by our Gas man and it was reinforced by Angie’s List.
Loving our new American Standard 15 seer Heat Pump! Our house is nice and warm again. The programmable thermostat is great for reducing the heat at night so you can have a comfortable nights sleep!
The guys were professional and cleaned up everything! Our old 17 year old rusty unit is a thing of the past!

I wanted to thank the two workers that came out to fix the units. They were polite, professional, and informative. I did recommend your company to my insurance adjuster as the company they sent out incorrectly diagnosed the problem and were very unprofessional.

Had three mini split units installed. Each were properly sized for the rooms in which they were installed. Price was very competitive.
I recently had a great experience with Joel Freeze and his very capable technicians with a replacement air conditioning system. He came quickly to evaluate the project very soon after my fist contact and I had my quote within a few hours via email. The system was replaced yesterday and I am very pleased with the quality and overall neatness of the install.

I can not say enough good things about Freeze Refrigeration. We have been a customer of Freeze Refrigeration for 30 + years. ANYTIME we have any problem all we have to do is call and they are very quick to respond and repair the problem. It is amazing to be able to call a service company and within TWO hours the repairman had called and set up a same day appointment. Hats off to Joel and his crew!!!

Freeze installed a brand new furnace/ac unit in my home. Freeze showed up on time and cleaned up everything, in fact I had a hard time telling they had even been there.
Our furnace died on the coldest morning this winter. I am sure we were not the only one with an emergency that day. They promised to be there during the day, which they were in the early afternoon. They had to order parts from the supplier and finished the repair the following morning at 8:30 am! As to price, they did not try and sell us a new several thousand dollar unit as a previous company had attempted. And if in the future they suggest a replacement, we will feel comfortable with their advice. We are warm and oh so pleased with the service.
I think that when I call them they are very responsive, they make and appointment for that week, and they always show up, they’re very good, they put the footies on to come through your house, and when they leave they let you know weather anything was wrong, and I feel that they are just very good about customer service and informing if there is any problems. Or if there is no problems. I just feel like I can trust them.
